First you must login to the secure site with your Customer Username (eMail Address) and Password that were given to you upon registration in an email. If you lost or forgot your password please go here to have the system send it to you again. You may be asked for your password more than once. If this happens then you have one of the following problems.

1. You have http://www.assemblyrequired.com, www.assemblyrequired.com, or http://assemblyrequired.com blocked in your cookies list. Please unblock these sites.
2. You have access across domains blocked please enable this setting.
   

Not all may experience this issue but some may, due to the configuartion of your browser that you are using. We suggest you use the latest version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, which is available here. If you continue to have problems email info@assemblyrequired.com for help.
